This superior category extra virgin olive oil is born from the olive trees surrounding our vineyards. The olives are harvested in mid-October and pressed within 24 hours. The nose offers hints of leaf, green apple and artichoke. Delicate and fragrant, with a fruity aroma, it is ideal for all soup dishes, first and second courses but also to be tasted raw.
